Knights of Columbus

St. Charles Parish is blessed to be the home of the St. Charles Borromeo Council of the Knights of Columbus, Council number 14832.  Established in 2011, the council traces its heritage back to Council number 1, begun in New Haven, Connecticut by Fr. Michael J. McGivney in 1882.  Catholic men age 18 and older are invited to join this fraternal organization at the service of the Church.  Membership in the Knights of Columbus is a statement of fidelity to Church teaching, the Holy Father, and the Bishops and Priests of the local Church.

The St. Charles Council is engaged in a variety of activities for the Parish, to include manual and facility support for annual Parish events such as the Fall Festival and Auction Gala, the School Marathon, Catholic Watchmen Socials, Volunteer Appreciation Reception, Clergy Dinner, Evening Affirming Life Dinner, Eucharistic Days, Adoration, and many other occasions throughout the year. Monthly business meetings also include a spiritual “in Service” to assist our men in growing in their faith, and to become the holy men of God as they were called to be.  Men of all ages are therefore encouraged to become active and invested disciples in the life of the parish, and to ultimately consider joining the Knights of Columbus.

Please call the parish office, 612-781-6529, for more information regarding the St. Charles Borromeo Knights of Columbus Council.
